One thing that separates our plastering training from other schools is our approach and the way we teach. This is actually because we are constantly involved in construction projects, residential as well as commercial. Many schools have limited experience dealing with drawings, planning, and literally building from the foundations up. This is one of the secrets to our team's success. Most construction schools have no curriculum and basically the instructor teaches whatever may pops into his/hers head each day for class. We teach set lessons which by the end make toughest challenges seem easy.
Learn How to Plaster Walls

James Johnson attended the 8 day plastering course in March 07. This is his story:
When I came on board and signed up for the 8 day course, it was just like you said,James Johnsonyour wife thinks your crazy for spending that kind of money on a dream.However, I knew that construction was a great long term industry. I had pretty good limited success in the past with my plastering and I just needed the meat instead of the milk that I had been trying to learn about for so long. Well Tesop, you definitely delivered! I went into the course with high hopes and expectations because of some of the other testimonies in the previous courses. They mentioned a lot of confidence and so forth. I was pretty sceptical about learning a new skill in so short a time. But, I could live with twice as much work. I actually said to my wife,If we can get twice as much work in the next few months, then keep growing it from there, you wouldn't have to go back to work in the Autumn.(background: my wife is a school teacher). Talk about pressure. In March 2007, just before the 8 day course started, you sent out an information pack to help me get my head around the tools and materials. I did that the day after I got the mail, so I had about 2 days in February reading up on the techniques in Plastering. The previous, December was my biggest month ever at over £2,057 for just tiling work. That was a good month. However, March topped it at £2844. I couldn't help thinking that because of the plastering course with Tesop, my wife won't have to work outside the house anymore. In the end, it came down to good knowledge put into practice and 2-3 months of hard work putting into practise the techniques learned on your course. Trevor and Mike have been great too. The whole experience was been taxing on the energy, but well worth it. I can't wait to tell you where I am in 6 more months from now.
At the end of the day, the success of The Elite School of Plastering isn't what matters. All that matters is the success of our students.
